SHIPPING POLICY

Stock items are normally available for pickup or shipment the same day payment is received (you will receive a confirmation email detailing the process when placing your order online). Custom orders may take up to 5 business days prior to being available for pickup or shipment, and we will be in contact with you as soon as the order is placed to give an estimate based on the custom options.

Shipments are made via local courier, and usually take 1-3 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details with the shipment confirmation so you can check how the delivery is progressing.

WARRANTY

Picnic Butler warrants that the tables you may purchase will be free of manufacturing defect, and is suitable for the purposes advertised. Should you have any complaints or concerns about your purchase, please contact us at sales@picnicbutler.com.au or via phone within 7 days of purchase, with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product purchased

  • Issue/Complaint

  • Photographs where possible

 

If we cannot determine the nature of the fault from the information provided, we may request that you return the table to our factory for assessment. Should the fault be found to be the cause of manufacturing defect, we will swap your table with a replacement table of the same kind.
