Terms and Conditions

 

To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Live in Australia

2. Enter the correct answer in the Comment section on the Giveaway post

3. One (1) Giveaway can be won via the Facebook Picnic Butler Giveaway post during the Promotional Period

4. The Giveaway draw will take place at Picnic Butler's offices on Saturday, 13th Feb 2021 at 12:00pm. Non-winning Entries will not roll over into subsequent draws.

5. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the post terms. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winners may have their name published on Picnic Butler Facebookpage on draw date. Winners may also have their name published on Picnic Butler website and Picnic Butler Facebook page. By entering the Promotion, the Entrants hereby give the Promoter authority to publicly announce and publish their name at the time of the Draws and at any stage thereafter.

7. The Winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger on Saturday, 13th February 2021.

8. The Winner/s must respond by 7pm on Saturday, 13th Feb 2021 with contact details and postal address to arrange the delivery.

9. The Valentine's Picnic Table and hamper will be delivered to the winner by Australia Post

10. If the winner cannot be contacted (i.e. attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure) or does not claim the Giveaway or Picnic Butler does not receive any return communication from the Winner by 7pm on Saturday 13th Feb 2021 following the Draw, the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Givaway and Picnic Butler may undertake a re-draw at the same location as the original Draw.

 

General

1. Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind.

2. All entrants (Entrants) acknowledge and agree that their entry into the Giveaway is subject to, and they must adhere to, these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions as set out by Picnic Butler from time to time. Information about Prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid. Picnic Butler may, at any time, require Entrants to produce documentation to establish to Picnic Butler's satisfaction the validity of Entries (including documentation establishing identity, age, place of residence and place of employment of Entrants). Failure by Picnic Butler to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

3. Entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook of any responsibility, obligation, or other involvement in the Giveaway

4. Entrants acknowledge that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

5. Winners must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Picnic Butler requires, without any compensation. Winner/s consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity. All personal information used is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. The Promotion is open to Australian Residents only except employees, contractors, agents of Picnic Butler and their immediate families; employees of Picnic Butler and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents.

7. Picnic Butler reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who Picnic Butler has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Giveaway. Picnic Butler reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person.

8. Any decision made by Picnic Butler in respect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
